Lori McDonald is President and CEO of Brilliance Business Solutions. Brilliance is a web development firm that implements results-oriented digital commerce solutions for manufacturers and distributors. Brilliance has been in business since 1998.  Their team of 20 has offices at the corner of Wisconsin and Broadway in downtown Milwaukee.

Lori graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in Computer-Electrical Engineering. Before starting Brilliance, Lori worked at NASA-Johnson Space Center as a flight controller for the Space Shuttle program.  She is a Microsoft Certified Professional. Her status as a recognized industry expert has resulted in regular speaking engagements at various industry conferences where she likes to share her vision and methodology for all things digital commerce. Lori is a regular contributor to Practical Ecommerce and other industry resources on the topic of B2B eCommerce.
